GraniteGuru operates two SMS messaging programs:

Employee Dispatch Notifications — We send job assignment and scheduling notifications to enrolled employees via SMS. Participation is voluntary. Employees may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Customer Appointment Notifications — We send appointment reminders and installer arrival notifications to customers who have provided verbal consent at the time of service scheduling. A printed disclaimer is provided to customers at or before the time of consent.

 

Information We Collect

• Employee name and mobile phone number (collected during enrollment)

• Customer name and mobile phone number (collected at time of service scheduling)

• Job and appointment details necessary to deliver notifications

 

How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to deliver SMS notifications relevant to your relationship with GraniteGuru. We do not use your information for marketing purposes without separate consent.

 

Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers are never shared with third parties for promotional use. We use Twilio as our SMS delivery provider; message delivery is subject to Twilio's privacy policy at twilio.com/legal/privacy.

 

Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-enroll, contact us at the information below.

 

Data Retention
We retain phone numbers and message logs only as long as necessary to operate the SMS program or as required by law.
