Program Description
GraniteGuru Home Services LLC operates SMS messaging programs for employee dispatch notifications and customer appointment notifications.

Employees — Enrolled employees receive job assignment, scheduling, and dispatch notifications. Enrollment is voluntary and managed by GraniteGuru staff.

Customers — Customers who provide verbal consent at the time of service scheduling may receive appointment reminders and installer arrival notifications. A printed handout describing this program and your rights is provided at the time of consent.

Message Frequency

• Employees: Message frequency varies based on scheduling activity, typically 1–5 messages per day on workdays.

• Customers: Typically 1–2 messages per appointment.

Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.
